
Today at our staff-meeting we added 5 habits to our individual to-do-lists… that in May we could be healthy in front of them…
1. Begin every morning with God (min 15 min)
2. In the midst of your working day rest with God (min 15 min)
3. Eating lunch is priority
4. Sleep 8 hours a night
5. Take time for your hobby every week
